This week I've fallen in love with these pretty golden/black/white/pastel images, which all led me to discovering new amazing designers. Please meet:
1 & 2: Julia Kostreva
4: Brittany Watson Jepsen of The House that Lars Built (look at all these amazing wedding posts!)
Number 1 is my newest phone lock screen (you can get it here) and is there to remind me that I should sometimes not chase up my dreams too hard and instead, please the soul (and then my dreams will follow on their own). I love that thought.
Have a fab rest of the week!
PS. I have some great things to share with you, but I've been struggling catching the daylight after 6pm, so hopefully I'll be able to take pretty photographs of my exciting news soon :)

I was not feeling well today and had to stay home so that I am fit for work tomorrow. That meant really staying in bed. As my fridge is almost always empty, I needed to come up with some way of getting food.
I am not a fan of typical take away. Out of desperation, I had a look through the list at one take away site and I decided that I would rather have milk and müsli all day today.
Then it struck me! I've been to a great shop here in Vienna about a year ago, which sells recipes and food in exact amounts you need for the meals and you then cook it at home. Just recently, I noticed friends on Facebook mentioned that Feinkoch also started delivering to your home, on a bicycle. The weather is nice today and so I decided that I will not be overly mean to the bicyclist if I order :)
The bag was at my door within an hour and it was all I hoped for and much more. Lovely packaging, amazing attentive design, stickers, illustrated recipe, extra bonus in form of 2 tasty truffles (or did I throw them into the basket myself? I can't remember, but I like to think it was a surprise), perfect portions for the recipe (no throwing away of leftovers gone bad in my fridge, yay!) and amazing food easily done in 20 minutes.
Thank you Feinkoch, I will be back!

On Friday afternoon girls at work told me about a pop up design shop taking place this weekend and we decided to go there right after work. It was a gorgeous sunny day and this beautiful chevron ring and the cutest heart necklace by Zoeca Jewelry were just waiting there for me :)
New jewelry from a local designer + fresh flowers + Friday = very happy me.

Things have been pretty awesome recently and I just want to share my excitement with you!
I've been experimenting with Photoshop tons in the past weeks/ months and am amazed at what wizardry can you do with it. For example the image on top (my own handwriting cut out of my illustration) was beyond my imagination just a few months back.
On top of that, it is getting a little warmer in Vienna and waking up in the morning is oh so much easier than two weeks back. Hallo and welcome spring!
I am also ever so happy to be working on new projects with lovely Amy Arthurs of Oh My Design Blog, who is designing a couple of things for my to-be-hopefully-soon-open shop. I cannot wait to be able to share these with you.
And as I write this post, my dearest friend Sandra has just posted gorgeous pictures of my greeting card on her Instagram feed.
To top it all up, I've designed a new greeting card this week.
So yeah, things have been pretty awesome. (Little happy dance) LOVE IT!

The first batch of 25 greeting cards with my drawing has arrived last week, hooorrraaay! I am ever so pleased with them and cannot wait to have more designs printed.
I hope you like them too - please let me know :)
Have a wonderful weekend!

Last week I've discovered these gorgeous images that represent my recent drawing theme of flowers, food and table tops.
The pictures portray some of my all time favorites and things that always make me happy - having a clean space around me, a flower in the vase, fruits to snack on and something small to please my sweet tooth.
They go together really nicely, don't you think? :)
